Hello,
I found a breeder who is USDA certified and is advertising a male parti yorkie for $1000.00. I am concerned over the price. It is a fabulous deal but way below the prices I have found. Any questions or suggestions to ask the breeder. Has offered references states they will be 7lb grown-- is that the problem. The breeder has offered to give references, 1 year health guarantee for genetic defects. Puppy will have to be flown to me since I am not close....
If you can help I would grately appreciate.

I have always been told "if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, then it is a duck??-- too good to true that it is....
