Well... I think it might take him a little longer to learn. You dont possibly expect him to be fully potty trained at 12 wks, do you? My baby is 10 mo's and still has accidents. If potty training outside isnt working, have you thought of puppy pads, so that he has a "spot" to go when your in the house?
