My Jamie is 5 months old and he still hasn't got it down perfect yet but I know that he will one day. Of course this is partly my fault... lack of consistancy up until now. Belly bands ARE really helpful. At the least they keep me from being afraid that if I let him on the carpet he'll potty. It'll get better!
