I can relate to what you're feeling in a way...

When my husband died a little over 4 months ago I was in a terrible situation financially - I HAD to pull myself together and find work and I can tell you - it was SCARY

Its been almost 6 years since I worked Full Time - and 12 since I had to interview but I did it
I got hired at not only one job, but 2 - but I quit the 1st and stayed with the 2nd. I know I made the right choice and just after 2 months of working there - I feel at home and just got a raise.

The hours are hard - the commute right now is awful and leaving my girls is really hard but - we have to do what we need to do. I always remind myself things WILL get better one day but I sure miss my husband and it's an adjustment having to leave every day

So - GOOD LUCK in whatever you decide to do. There's something really nice about seeing a paycheck with YOUR name on it
