Hey Ms. Nailcorner..I am going thru the same thing..here's my story..and I probably will be critisized by some, but here it goes anyway. Hubby and I dropped off my jeep to be serviced and decided to kill some time by going into the pet store near by..WELL..needless to say, there in this little cage was this matted, scared to death, shaking little boy who was 8 months old..Hubby walked right over to his cage and stuck his finger in it..no sooner did he do this..the poor little guy licked his finger..that was it..as much as I wanted him, I wasn't sure if I could take on another dog..my heart just ached at the sight of him and I knew what had to be done..I of course waited til my baby was in my arms before I let that bitch who cared for him at this store have it ..how could anyone have passed him up for so long..This was back in Oct 07.. Coco is now a full 4lbs -happier then anything..took him a while to come out of his cage..but is fitting right in..my problem however is the marking ..everywhere all over..He will be fixed this coming Monday and Im hoping it works..if not Im gonna just have to deal with it cause he's home for good...
