Do you like that place?
My friend that owns a maltese knew someone that worked there and she said that many employees mistreated the dogs and really didn't care about the pets in general. She told me to stay away from that place. I actually take Truffles to petsmart to get him groomed (short trimmings) while I go to Canine Carousel in Herndon for the major groomings (major cuts and such).
I like petsmart b/c they're easy to work with and Truffles always ends up looking handsome. They're fairly priced as well. I go to Canine Carousel when truffles' hair is long and I want a major cut and such.
I'm pleased with petsmart.
