Oh my, I'm so sorry you're having to deal with that. Is the crate small enough so that she can only stand up and turn around? They usually won't mess in their beds. If she's spreading it around it sounds like she doesn't mind laying in it. If the crate is small enough and she's still messing in it I'm not sure what else to do.
