Ahhhh ... congratulations ... God bless you for rescuing! Sounds like this little man needs lots and lots of TLC. I have never owned a male, but from experience with our rescues and reading, they usually either quit or get way better with neutering. Perhaps try bellybands until he is neutered or trained? Please keep us updated on how he is doing. We would love to see pics of him ... what's his name?
