Default Breeding Help

Peanut is 2 1/2 years old. She weighs just over five lbs. She will be going into her third or fourth heat cycle, not to sure the vet said she had a "silent heat" and I was gone on deployment but anyways. The Stud muffin we like is 3 years old and weighs 3 1/2 lbs and is so dang cute.....Peanut has never had puppies so this will be the first for both of us. I think she is about to go into heat so she hasnt tied YET. Currently I am getting some things together to prepare for her whleping process. Any suggestions or comments beside go research because that is what I am doing...haha. So here is a few things I have learned please let me know if they are incorrect.

1. Tie 10 days after the first show of blood.
2 Tie every other day for two to three days
3. Start counting from the first tie.
4. X ray around 57 day mark.
5. Only let her eat one or two of the placentas to prevent diarrhea.
6. Keep her and the puppies warm and comfortable at all times.
7. If the puppies arent able to feed. Feed them every 2-3 hours...(With what)
I also have the information admin left about puppy care which I printed.
I have the vets number on speed dial and her doctor on speed dial.
What else am I missing....oh what kind of diet does Peanut get during and this whole process because she gets diarrhea really easy.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Kindly in Advance.
