and just fyi the Nigerians are also big into the auto insurance scams also!!
they will insure a vehicle that doesn't run have an accident with another scam partner and get paid on them before the insurance companies can catch up with them on the insurance index..(place they keep track of those who have a lot of accidents!! ) When i worked in that industry about 10 years ago (yes they have been doing this for a long time!!) we set up a trap for them at our office, with the police etc and they never showed up to pick up the check!!!! LOL
