actually lots of my post numbers have come from welcoming people here - the worst part is so many of them disappear.........
when campaigning for Bubba to be an officer of the Little Gentleman's Club - one of the things we wrote was we like to welcome new folks -- so I've been very diligent about that - and always sending owners of males to the thread to sign up.
I think it's so important to welcome people warmly - because I know this does help build up a group of regulars in the community.
every once in awhile, I read & don't welcome - especially if things don't add up. But I'm sure I've welcomed a scammer before
