I don't see a problem with these vitamins but there is no way to tell how much calcium is in them. Most dog vitamins (it appears this one is included) are made to supplement actual dog food. That is fine but dog food already has all the nutrients a dog needs. Homecooked doesn't so you may need more powerful vitamins. You could ask this company how much calcium is in this and/or supplement with some.
