She may just be having anxiety attacks when you leave in the morning and that could cause the diarrhea. With the move and new surroundings it may take her a while to adjust. I agree it would be a good idea to her stool checked. You might want to try giving her a teaspoon of canned pumpkin before leaving in the mornings. Is she drinking different water?
