I am fostering two kittens still from when they were three weeks old ( they are almost 5 months already!) This is my mix that I gave for quite awhile:

I started with kitten milk watered down, I switched to goats milk after one can of kitten milk was finished.
some oatmeal baby cereal
and some dry kitten food.

They thrived on it. If your baby is dehydrated or you feel she needs alittle more to get her going then use pedialite instead of water. I would give them alittle of the mixture three times a day and I left dry food down for them at all times. Does she know how to use the litter box? My vet also gave me "val syrup" they are vitamins that I used for all my kittens that I had raised and they thrived on it. I have used the vitamins for when I had lab puppies here and almost lost one. PM me if you need any help!
