He is the love of my life, we just had our 13 year anniversary, but we've been together for 16 years, High School sweethearts , we met when I was 15 and he was 17 ..............and we married when I was 18, he was 21. We have a 12, 10 and 7 year old, my daughter cries everyday, she is my 10 year old.

I know what a deployment feels like, because this is not the first time he's been gone, he has had 2 tours to Korea,. Bosnia and countless field problems which has kept him away from home, but IRAQ is something else........Please keep my family and my husband most of all in your prayers

Thanks, Mickie .

I understand what you are going through except I can understand being on the other side. I was deployed three times to Iraq and there is nothing worse than being away from your family. All I can say is keep yourself busy and support him because it sucks over there. You guys have been together so long I think you guys will get through this. Its a test of your love and relationship. God bless you guys and thanks so much for being a supportive military wife. We appreciate you guys. If it wasnt for are families we wouldnt get through those long deployments. Take Care
