Dogs have trouble digesting PORK, why in the world didn't that register in my brain when I read the ingredients on the bag??? Well, looks like this is going back to the store first thing in the AM! Thanks for pointing that out to me, I really do appreciate it. I had done so much research on dog foods when Isaiah was a pup and I know pork isn't good for dogs, I can't believe I over looked that. I'll see if I can find that Chicken Soup for the soul anywhere.

I don't have a big problem giving dogs pork but plain pork fat seems odd (it's like opening a container of lard for your dog ). It is probably fine though. I would also be nervous that the wheat and soy could cause an allergy. I'm impressed for this being SD though. Usually their kibbles are horrible.
