I'm sorry you're worried.
I think your girl is probably just fine. Of course it is always best to let the vet make that call but Ellie was the same way before she was spayed. She didn't seem to have "regular" heats. It is probably just a hormone issue. It may be more incentive to get her spayed since she is/may be having hormone problems.
