In all fairness, she's going to send you a formal notice in this instance. She's following a contract that was put in effect to protect her puppy. She also gave you some very useful information which I would never have thought to ask.
I have no doubt you love your babies. I just think in this situation Deana is following what feels right to her at this moment.
