Just because a yorkie has short legs doesn't necessarily mean it has a short back. I've seen some yorkies that almost looked dachshund like because they had short legs and a long back. You idealy want a proportionate dog - either short legs/short back or longer legs/longer back. I always thought Lacy had long legs, but I've noticed that a lot of show dogs have some length to their legs...not so much that they look lanky but not dachshund like either

So far as faces, you'll hear the term "baby doll" face a lot, although it's not supposed to be used by reputable breeders (not to say they never use it though). A lot of the time when people say "baby doll" face, they are talking about a shorter snout. The AKC standard says "Small and rather flat on top, the skull not too prominent or round, the muzzle not too long, with the bite neither undershot nor overshot and teeth sound. Either scissors bite or level bite is acceptable. " Of course that leaves it open to interpretation. Again, you want a proportionate dog..a yorkie should not have a smushed face of a shih tzu but it shouldn't be as long as a silky terrier either...a moderate muzzle.

Here's a link to the AKC standard for the Yorkie http://www.akc.org/breeds/yorkshire_terrier/index.cfm A lot of it doesn't seem very specific, but I've heard there is an illistrated standard that you can get as well. YT member Mardelin mentioned it before and she could probably tell you where to find one.
