A big congrats to you. Just making the decision to quit can be the hardest part. Week one is He-- week, week two is heck week, and week three you just feel like crapola. After that, it slowly but surely gets better. The first 72 hours your body is ridding itself of Nicotine, so that is when you probably will feel the worst. Get some cinnamon sticks to suck on, they really help. Also drink lots of water and take lots of walks. If you want a link to a great online support group, PM me.
