Jeter got his name because I am a big Yankee fan and Derek Jeter is my favorite player. He's such a awesome player to watch play the sport of baseball!! I have had his name picked out for over ten years when I told my husband that I wanted our Yorkie to be a boy when the time came to get him. I have plans on naming all future Yorkies that we get after a Yankee player.
