OH my........... I am so glad that she is OK..... it scares me so when I hear of things like this!!!!! I hope that she files a report and gives a good description of the jerk....
.... and if there are any cameras around, maybe they will have a good picture to post.
I really think that Petsmart should cooperate with her and hopefully help her put this guy in his place.
