I grew up with tons of kittens on our farm. Usually kittens start to eat solid food at 5 weeks. At 7 weeks she should be fine. If you don't think she's eating or drinking enough buy kitten formula. If she acts as if she doesn't know what to do with it gently push her face into the mixture (this sounds mean, but it's not, just enough to get a little milk on her mouth). She will lick the formula off her face & then begin to lap it up herself. if she's eating and drinking she will be super fine. Just spend lots of time with her so she gets used to people.

I found a 3 week old kitten that had been abandoned by her mother, she had such a strong will to live that she would fight off the bigger cats to get to the food. I just made sure I gave her formula & soft food that she could eat & she turned out wonderfully.
