My roommate rescued a kitten last year that was about 7-8 weeks. She was SO TINY! She actually had the same markings as yours. We went and got her some kitten formula because she was really dehydrated and didn't want to drink water or eat regular food. Make sure you play with her and socialize with her a LOT! She should be just fine!
