I have a small scar in one spot because he set the laser too high and it scabbed. I'm lucky to have been able to have it done, my tattoo was a complete mistake, done on a whim after quite a bit of wine. Good Luck.
The majority of mine is black. It's a small flower. It has just a single stripe of orange through each petal & a yellow center. I know that orange & yellow are hard to remove, but since they are both very light faded colors I figer if the black is gone the colors will be really hard to notice. The surgeon seemed to think there would be some additional fading of the colors. The important part to me is to get the black removed.

Didn't types of laser are needed to remove different colors. Certain colors only absorb certain colors of laser light. Black absorbs all the colors. yellow is really hard to remove because it bounces the laser back. My surgeon said green is really hard too.
