LOL....Pat, that was exactly my thought - living in a "trailer" in Florida, is not exactly like living in some "trailers" in rural America.
I would be honest with this prospective buyer, and just tell her you make it a policy to not sell puppies to those with small children, and/or no fenced yard. Could be (doubt it) that she rethinks yorkie ownership.
