Unfortunately you are probably right. But I'm guessing she has been turned down and that is why she is looking out of state for one. Or maybe I'm not charging enough and she's just looking for a cheap one. Which is funny because here locally, I evidently was charging too much cause I got a lot of calls from my ad in the paper, but no one even came to see them.
