i took a little "chance" with mine when i got him (well, i guess he chose me ....
) i was given 3 days to get him checked out in which time i needed to take toby to my vet and get a health OK, if he did nto pass he would have refunded the money or given me another puppy..... as far as genetic problems .... he said his dogs havent shown any signs of any problems in their geneology but if toby did exhibit any genetic problems then call him (the breeder) and we would work something out........ the breeder i got toby from was a really all around nice guy, but you always have to be carefull there are many cheats out there
