It may have gotten out some way but I know here we see more and more dogs running loose. Its sad it see one that has been hit but about 3yrs. ago I saw a little toy poodle actually hit. I had never seen one get run over and that site is something I will never get over. The little thing was screaming and trying to get up and finally was dead in just a few seconds. I cried all the way home and was shaking until I thought I would never stop. I wish they would make the laws so stiff that there would be something that could be done. People would just not admit to owning the dog though if they knew they were going to get a fine. Its sad and I don't know what it will take. Some people don't care if they hit them or not, after all IT'S JUST A DOG. That infurates me when I hear that. |
