Well I got Mochi from the Animal Rescue, they siezed all the dogs from the breeder's kennel where he was. I am going to call the rescue and let them know that if he has them then probably all the dogs from there have them (a little poodle and weiner dog were seized too), but honestly that animal shelter was FOUL and overrun and they don't seem to care too much.
