This guy looks like a little sweetheart and I would call his family in a heartbeat, but I don't think he would fit in with my family because of Tika's behaviour.
My little Yorkie/Chi Tika has issues with dogs that are double her size or larger. This guy is 20 lbs and approximately the same size as my mother's Pug, T-Bone. Tika is 5 to 6 lbs and absolutely a gentle, loving, sweet pup when it comes to other dogs her size and she adores cats.
Poor T-Bone is the most gentle, sweet, dopey guy and when he tries to sniff Tika's bum she hysterically attacks him as if she were a miniature pitbull. She doesn't cause any harm because she's just a tiny peanut, but it is almost frightening how aggressive she is with bigger dogs.
This dog looks like a real sweetheart and I hope he finds the right home.
