""" sounds to me that the assistant may have had a bad day and yes there are ways to hold a dog to restrain them but that sounds a bit much in the way she did it and with a tiny little yorkie probally looked even worse. I also think that if both nails bleed than I would have complaned thats crazy I can see maybe one nail but both that is just being careless and not caring about what you are doin and is unexceptable to me. I would complain to the original vet tech that you use or look for a better one they are out there but hard to find these days.
