My girl LOVES plain (no flavour, no sugar etc) organic yogurt. I give her a teaspoon or two most days.
Cooked rolled oats is a fav here (no sugar or anything) and well as a small scrambled egg (a small egg no more than once a week).
I think the important thing is to provide balanced meals for your baby. I use the guide of 1/3 starch, 1/3 veggie, 1/3 protein for each meal with the yogurt or cottage cheese as an add on.
