My male cockatoo did the same thing, and the weirdest thing is, the first time I ever saw him do it was right after I had been watching some music special on tv (his cage was in the same room as the tv) with Stevie Wonder on! I thought he was imitating Stevie, and I was hysterically laughing at him. Later I found out that it's actually a sexual behavior
, and if he kept doing it, he'd eventually get dizzy and throw up
