OMG!!!!! Sounds awful!!!!!!! The way the vet held Lexi isn't necessarily wrong, but the way she did it made it WRONG. I hold my puppies while the vet gives them the shots. I do hold their heads to my chest to hold them still. Is that the vet you always use? If it is, I'd request not to have that person handle my pets ever again. I know accidents happen and you can accidently have a nail bleed, but to have it happen to both dogs shows total carelessness to me. I'd be fuming too! You came to the right spot this morning to have people support your anger! Atleast the lady got her tip by being peed on!
