Thank you. It was one of the most horrible things. She got out on Tuesday, within hours of missing her we had hundreds of flyers out. Wednesday morning the neighbor called saying they found her when they uncovered the pool. I barely remember going over there and getting her, much less driving to the vet to take her to be creamated. I was crying so hard. I just kept saying, its ok Molly, its ok.
And I'm sitting here crying right now.
I had thought I wasn't going to get another puppy till after vacation in Oct. But decided it would be the best medicine. And it has been!! This little imp has kept me occupied.
If Molly had drowned in our pool there is no doubt I would have had it drained and filled in....there would be no way I could look out in my yard and see that pool and know that little dog died there.
Thanks everyone for letting me talk about this! I really haven't done that.
