Here are some of the rules that I think of when buying toys and treats:
1. Is this a choke hazard in anyway?
2. Can tiny pieces be broke off and swallowed?
3. Is this product made in China?
4. Is there harmful paint on this product?
5. Can they strangle themselves with this in any way?
6. Is this 100% digestible?
I am sure there are more, but I run these through my head before purchasing.
Also, please do not give pets - stuffed animals for children, as most of the time they have some sort of a button type eyes or nose, etc. And believe me, our little ones can easily get them off and swallow them
