My new boy Mochi is two years old and rescued from a shelter, when I picked him up from the Shelter/his Neuter yesterday he threw up his food, today each time he ate a few hours later he threw up too, now it's been over 24 hours and he just threw up his dinner. he doesnt seem to feel bad though and acts normal otherwise, is this normal to puke for the 1st day or so after the surgery?

He also wheezes/makes an airy/whistling gaggy sound all the time when he is excited or drinks water..I really hope it's not a collapsing trachea..I dont know anything about this problem so I will have to have my vet look at him I guess.
