Just wanted to ask what you guys give your new moms after delivery to help the milk come in. I have been giving abby cottage cheese etc..., but she won't eat her dry food at all, so have been mixing chicken, rice and cottage cheese for her to eat. Not sure she is getting enought nutrience with only this. She has been eating this, but seems so thin. Is there something else that I could entice her with? And should I be giving her calcium supplements? The owner of the stud said I should give her tums, but she really won't eat them even if I mix it in her food. And am concerned that this may be why she has slowed down on her eating. Any suggestions would be great. I am taking mom and puppies to vet on monday for tails and dew claws and will ask his suggestions also. Thanks so much Deb
