well that depends.. do you want to make it or buy it???
buying it- my holistic pet food store recommends Solid Gold Seameal ( i think it is called) but you also need an added calcium suppliement
making it- you need 4 ingredients from a health food store... i'd say the upfront costs are more than buying but the will last you at least a few years..i just keep making up batches and keep it in the fridge.. when i run out i make a new batch
