I don't know anything about that supplement. I can't tell you if the diet is balanced because I can't see the portions you are giving. How much meat to how much carb (if any) to how much veggie? Chicken is fine. White meat is best in my opinion. I give one tsp of olive or canola oil daily for fat (for an almost 6 pound dog). I prefer not to give peanut butter or cheese (although small amounts shouldn't hurt). Some other veggies you can use besides carrots are green beans, squash, bell peppers, broccili (limited), cauliflower... Some carbs are brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal...
