Smile yorkie diet

Hi All,
I have a few questions about diet. Madison is 18 months old. When she was a baby, she would eat a holistic dog food. That quickly ended when she realized that we would cook for her, anytime day or night, until she would find something she liked!! So, since then, we have her on a diet of boiled boneless white chicken, extra lean hamburger, occasionally very lean steak and brown rice and boiled carrots. For snacks she will eat, rice cakes, peanut butter, and cheese. Occasionally, she will have carrots, broccoli, strawberries or melon. Her absolute favorite food is pizza and pasta, however, this is very rare, and unfortunately, she has a very sensitive stomach and usually ends up sick after eating this. Every day she takes a multi-vitamin (New-Vet). We are concerned that she is not having enough variety in her diet. She absolutely refuses to eat any dog food or snacks. We have tried Blue brand, Artemis, Royal Canine, Wellbalance, and other natural/holistic brands, all to be given away! We do not mind cooking for her.
Is she eating a well-balanced diet?
What are some additonal foods we can add?
Are blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries safe to eat?
In general are yorkie stomachs more sensitive then other breeds?
Thanks for any advice, ideas, etc.
Kristen
