Maybe a little dog is all she is capable of really taking care of right now. Some people just don't have parenting skills due to their upbringing. She needs help in getting herself straightened out that is a fact, then she should go to parenting classes, along with Keven too. He doesn't know jack about being a father either. Accidents do happen as we have read many times here on YT, and to those who are great doggie parents. We can't judge people by things like that. |
