I always think of it this way....if I were to meet this person and say to their face what I type, would they think I am being hateful? If so, I just ignore their post and go on. Most of those negative type posts are started for a reason. Just to make everyone mad. If we would just simply ignore them, they would eventually think we are boring and go away.
