Duke does the same thing too, he'll be 13wks old on Sunday and loves to bite.
Saying "NO" doesn't do it anymore, I tried the coins in the bottle method - it worked for a few days, now he wants to play with the bottle.
I've just ignored him or picked him up and say "NO" or "stop" while looking at him.
Recently, Duke likes to chase around an empty bottle water too, he seems to get all his energy out that way and does not bite me as much. Hopefully he'll grow out of this stage soon.
