What we found with Gus was we would give him a toy he liked to play with and offer him that instead when he wanted to mouth or bite..and if that didn't work we would get up and leave the room or turn our backs to him (Yorkie hate being ignored) Worked for us and he definitely knows what NO means now too!! Time and Patience and they come around!! Good Luck and remember they are just babies...
