Wow, the kennel's response is truly unbelievable!
I was keeping an open mind and waiting for his response and he sure helped me make up my mind! I wonder if he realizes that he just turned off over 25,000 yorkie owners many of whom belong to other dog forums and will always remember that their reaction to simple and common questions is extremely angry and defensive. If this is how they represent themselves on a public forum, how are they behind closed doors or (gasp) after they have your money?
