Probably so...with ANY registry, you can get good and bad breeders that are not honest regarding the paperwork and the dogs they are breeding.
Good question...you are not alone in wondering this.
ANY registry can do random house visits. I actually reported a miller once that was keeping about 50 dogs in a chicken house. She had AKC and CKC dogs. I reported her to both. A CKC inspector showed up and took action before the AKC one.  |
