So sorry to hear about Bella.

The most important thing right now is to restrict her movement so that the leg can heal. If you want the best possible chance of avoiding surgery, then you should consider confining her to a crate for a while. Not the ex pen where she can jump up and down or walk around but a small kennal. I know it seems cruel but it's no different than confining a person to bed when they have a serious injury.
