I agree with the use of a waterbottle too, my concern in your case would be that this seems to be a time sensitive matter. Yorkies are so darn smart that I would worry that when he knows your not there to spray the water bottle he will bark anyway, then if your neighbor complains you have to make a decision. If you were to try to get something that can work when your not there to manipulate it you would probably be better off in the long run. jmho
